SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently ship to Indonesia only. We use SiCepat and Gojek for our local deliveries.

All deliveries are made during Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.​  Deliveries may take up to 2-3 working days for Jakarta area, and 4-5 days for areas outside Jakarta. All orders will be processed for dispatch the next day after we receive your payment or feel free to contact us via Whatsapp after you have made your payment.

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched; orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be re-shipped at your expense.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We can only assist you in tracking your packages to the courier.

Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number.
